Bali Jobs Recruitment is representing a leading bakery and pastry brand in Bali. This cafe with several locations is currently looking for a talented Head of Baker to help the company expand its business range.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma in food and beverage with pastry or bakery specialisation
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or Head Baker
• Baker in large operation, practical, strong in operations
• Familiar with Bagel, Ciabatta, Sourdough, etc. (bakery production).
• Adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity is a must
• Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of design area and the equipment and committed to guidelines.
• Domiciled in Bali or able to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Seminyak: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• 2 years of CDP Bakery or Head Baker (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)
